[In which there is craftiness and the Internet]
I really wished this weekend that I had a digital camera. I am getting one soon soon soon, but not soon enough for this entry. Not that my finished knitting objects were terribly exciting, but still. I want to be documenting!
I finished the log cabin bathroom rug from Mason-Dixon Knitting, and it is pretty great. I can see how log cabin knitting could get addictive. I also did two ball-band dishcloths during my company's all-staff retreat. They're not terribly exciting, but the cotton I did them in was pretty. And I finished a Christmas gift, so yay.
Yesterday I wished for a camera because I wanted to document an attempt at a project. I've been going through and trashing things lately, which has been kind of awesome. When I was going through clothing, though, I found a couple sweatshirts from high school & college that I never wear and probably never will wear, but I just couldn't bring myself to get rid of, so I bought a few pillow forms and am now taking them apart to make throw pillows out of. Win! But any documentation will have to wait.
(Also, I highly doubt that there's anyone reading this who needs one, but if so, I still have three Vox invites. Email me at jacicita [at] gmail [dot] com & I will hook you up. And hell, if you need a gmail invite let me know. I have a few hundred of them. Heh.)
